Last week I attended a volunteer appreciation luncheon at United Hospice. One of the highlights of the meal was a wonderful dessert called PINK STUFF or maybe it was FLUFF. I didn't write down the recipe, but an Internet search turned up what looks like a close approximation. Enjoy.
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
In a large bowl, mix together pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, crushed pineapple and sour cream. Fold in the whipped topping. Top with chopped pecans if you like. Refrigerate until chilled.
