Two Ingredient Muffins



Trust me on this one...these muffins are wonderful!

2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups (1 pint) vanilla ice cream, softened

Beat until smooth, spoon into greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
